Notes Thursday 11th March 2010
The Robert Schuman Foundation publishes the Foundation "Notes". This collection aims to enable the new generation of young researchers or experts to publish their work under the Foundation's patronage.

These Notes will be of particular interest in terms of recent and future economic, social and technological developments that will surely affect all of the European Union member states. Major lessons for future affairs both public and private across Europe can be drawn from the comparison between national situations within the Union and the confrontation between experiences across different continents.
