Slovenia and Croatia in the Hague to settle their territorial problem
23rd April 2012The Slovenian Foreign Minister announced on 18th April that Ljubljana and Zagreb will submit their territorial dispute that has been ongoing since 1991 to the arbitration court in the Hague in February 2013. The permanent arbitration court laid out the timing of this in a press release on 13th April: the two countries will present their initial cases on 11th February 2013, then their counter proposals in November. A first hearing of representatives from Slovenia and Croatia will take place in the first half of 2014.
