Second Economic Forum China-Central and Eastern Europe
30th April 2012On 26th April the Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao announced that he intended to invest 10.5 billion dollars in the shape of credit lines and investments funds, as he visited Warsaw for the second Economic Forum China-Central and Eastern Europe. The aim is to fund cooperation projects with Central and Eastern Europe notably in areas such as infrastructures, new technologies and the green economy. This offers China privileged access to the markets of Western Europe.
