The Robert Schuman Foundation, in partnership with a European university research network initiated in 2016 in Lille on the subject of "Parliament and the notion of time", is launching a series of reports which aim to give an account of "the impact of the current health crisis on the functioning of national Parliaments" in Europe.

In particular, the contributions questioned the impact of the health crisis on parliamentary procedure and the parliamentary control of the government.

The contributions, relating to thirteen European countries, will be published separately (grouped in pairs) and then in the form of a final report integrating all the contributions.

The studies on France, the United Kingdom, Poland, Greece, Spain and Portugal are available in electronic format.

Other forthcoming publications in this series will cover the following countries: Germany, Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Sweden.
