As part of the public finance evaluation work of the Finance Committee, Xavier Paluskiewicz, Special Rapporteur for European Affairs, will hear Jean-Dominique Giuliani on the future and budget of the European Union. It will focus on the main issues of the negotiation of the next multiannual financial framework of the EU (2021-2027) and more broadly on the role and functions of the EU budget.
