The Foundation and the Catholic Institute of Paris organised a special videoconference on the United States of Joe Biden on the day he was inaugurated as President of the United States. After 4 years of Donald Trump's challenging of multilateralism and relations between the Union and the United States, Europeans hope for a renewal of the transatlantic link. What can we expect from the new American president in terms of foreign policy? Should the Union learn to set its policies without Washington?
